Abstract: This was our first attempt at trying to write a Memo, in this paper we focused on a business’s Code of Conduct and evaluated it. Understanding and analyzing how ethical it was for the employees and the way the business runs. Specifically I focused on Furgeson Enterprise, their code of conduct was ethical and very simple. However, due to unfortunate circumstances I lost my paper, and the corona virus pandemic made it hard for me to try to get a copy from my professor.
